Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive – Client Relations to join our dynamic team in Lubao, Kasai Province. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base within Lubao and surrounding areas.
- Understand client financial needs through active listening and consultative selling.
- Present and sell a range of financial products and services (e.g., loans, deposits, digital banking solutions) tailored to client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relations, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in French and local languages (e.g., Tshiluba) relevant to Kasai Province.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in the Kasai Province or a similar regional market.
