Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and payments.
  • Manage and balance cash drawers daily, ensuring strict adherence to cash handling procedures and security protocols.
  • Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on banking products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Access Bank's financial products (e.g., loans, savings accounts, digital services) based on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
  • Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, including KYC and AML requirements.
  • Collaborate with other branch staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
  • Assist customers with the use of ATMs and other digital banking channels.
  • Educate customers on various banking services and self-service options available.

  • Familiarity with banking software and core banking applications.
  • Knowledge of Access Bank's products and services.
