Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all training modules, workshops, and development programs.
- Undertake rotational assignments across various departments to gain cross-functional knowledge and practical experience.
- Assist senior team members in daily operations, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support departmental objectives.

- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Upper) or HND (minimum Upper Credit) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) or exemption certificate.
- Maximum age of 27 years old at the time of application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
