Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other elicitation techniques to uncover detailed requirements.
- Analyze and identify current state (as-is) and future state (to-be) business processes and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems, applications, and processes.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or insights.
- Develop and deliver clear and compelling presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in quality assurance activities, including test case review and defect management.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.
- Proven experience in process mapping and re-engineering.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PSM, CSM).
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in a global professional services or consulting firm.
