Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams and individuals, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring information is readily accessible.
- Assist with office supply inventory, ordering, and distribution to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for team members as needed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Support event planning and coordination for internal meetings, workshops, or team-building activities.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
