Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models from 2D architectural drawings, sketches, and conceptual designs.
- Create photo-realistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for various architectural and interior design projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations for clients and stakeholders, ensuring visual accuracy and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain and manage a library of 3D assets, textures, and materials to streamline workflow.
- Review and refine 3D models and renderings based on feedback from the design team and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling, rendering, and architectural visualization.
- Ensure all 3D outputs adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape).
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural visualization and 3D modeling skills.
- Solid understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building materials.
- Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret 2D plans and translate them into accurate 3D representations.
