Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls regarding technical issues related to products and services.
  • Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring they understand and can follow instructions.
  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and clear communication.
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and technical updates to enhance support capabilities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mind.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating various software applications.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in any customer service role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and mobile devices.
  • Basic understanding of internet connectivity and networking concepts.
  • Ability to speak an additional language relevant to the European market is a bonus.
