Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential new partners and partnership opportunities across various sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with M-KOPA's strategic objectives.
  • Support the coordination of meetings and communication with existing and prospective partners, managing schedules and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and update partner databases and CRM systems, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Perform data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and contribute to performance reporting.
  • Assist in developing and executing partner engagement strategies and communication plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partnership integration.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify emerging opportunities and challenges for partnerships.
  • Provide administrative support to the Partnerships team as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously develop partnership management skills and industry knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to speak Swahili or other local Kenyan languages is considered a significant advantage.
