Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing phases of projects.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate activities between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with clients.
  • Ensure adherence to Ramboll's quality standards and project management methodologies.
  • Contribute to client meetings and workshops, actively participating in discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Support the tracking of project deliverables and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a project-related role, preferably within a consultancy or construction environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Project Management or a relevant discipline.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP methodology).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Working knowledge of Danish language is an advantage.
  • Experience or interest in sustainable design, infrastructure, or transport projects.
