Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, understanding their business needs and potential fit for OVHcloud's solutions.
  • Initiate engaging conversations with prospective clients, building rapport and articulating the value proposition of our cloud offerings.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff and providing comprehensive pre-meeting insights.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and refine messaging.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position OVHcloud.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (C1/C2 level for both).
  • Proven ability to research, identify, and connect with potential clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • Basic understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead generation principles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or telemarketing role (even part-time).
