Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and identify potential corporate clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research).
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients to understand their business needs and introduce Tet's solutions.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to present product and service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking progress and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior sales professionals and technical teams to craft tailored solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Latvian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High level of self-motivation, proactivity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, sales, or telemarketing (even part-time or retail).
  • Understanding of the telecommunications or IT services industry is a plus.
  • Additional language skills, especially Russian, are considered an advantage.
