Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding El Araby Group products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across El Araby Group's diverse portfolio.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
