Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential strategic partners.
  • Assist in the lead generation and qualification process, contributing to the expansion of our prospect pipeline.
  • Support the Business Development team in preparing for client meetings, crafting compelling presentations, and drafting proposals.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform our strategic approach.
  • Contribute to internal strategic planning sessions, offering insights and ideas for growth initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update prospect and client databases using CRM tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses on business development activities and market performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Participate in outreach efforts, including initial contact with potential leads and partners.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace equivalents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (academic projects, part-time jobs, or prior internships) in a sales, marketing, or business development role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of the tech industry, digital tools, or creative sector.
  • Fluency in Dutch is a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
