Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply fundamental data analysis techniques under the guidance of senior analysts.
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to visualize key metrics.
- Contribute to ad-hoc data analysis projects, extracting insights to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members across different departments to understand project requirements and deliver timely, accurate data support.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn new data analysis tools, programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python), and statistical concepts to enhance your skill set.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic functions, pivot tables, data manipulation).

Preferred Qualifications
