Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, email outreach, social selling) to identify and engage new business opportunities within target markets.
- Research and analyze target accounts to understand their business challenges, logistics needs, and potential fit for DHL Express solutions.
- Effectively communicate and articulate the unique value proposition of DHL Express services to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales cycle.
- Schedule discovery meetings and demonstrations for Senior Sales Executives to advance qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and new DHL Express product offerings.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
