Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact.
  • Verify and process client documentation accurately and efficiently, adhering strictly to all regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Educate clients on Bancolombia's diverse range of products, services, and digital platforms, addressing any questions or concerns with clarity.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal departments, including sales and support, to resolve client issues and ensure timely account activation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, policies, procedures, and relevant financial regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Record and update client information in our internal systems with precision, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client onboarding journey, contributing innovative ideas to process improvements and service excellence.
