Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on operational activities, progress, and outcomes for management.
  • Support the management of operational projects from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., supply chain, finance, sales) to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  • Help develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage and organise operational documentation, records, and data with high accuracy.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an operations support, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
