Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing friendly and professional assistance.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information about Ooredoo products, services, and promotions.
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve customer issues, ranging from technical queries to billing questions, escalating complex problems to senior support when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline support processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Proactively identify opportunities to delight customers and foster long-term loyalty.
- Process customer requests such as service activations, deactivations, and plan changes.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital tools available through Ooredoo.
