Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated assembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies according to production specifications and blueprints.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct visual inspections of components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines meticulously.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production floor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Document work completed and report any issues encountered during the assembly process.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
