In this role, you will be instrumental in scheduling content, monitoring performance, engaging with our community, and staying ahead of the curve on new platforms and features. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Schedule and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activities, providing regular reports.
  • Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in Pandora’s brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the content team to source and adapt visual and written content for social media.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, technologies, and platform updates.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent brand image and tone across all social media communications.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and campaign initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (internship or entry-level role) in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Ability to create engaging and shareable content (text, image, video).
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics).
  • Experience with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
  • Experience with community management and customer engagement best practices.
