Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and other company policies.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and concerns, offering empathetic and effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional, friendly, and helpful service experience.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and company updates to enhance support capabilities.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) to meet performance targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating web-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or a general interest in technology.
