Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Account Managers in managing client portfolios and relationships.
  • Prepare client presentations, reports, and other documentation.
  • Conduct research on market trends, financial products, and client specific information.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
  • Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment advisory, operations) to ensure seamless client service.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance financial knowledge and product expertise.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a strong plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset.
  • High level of motivation, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • A foundational understanding of or keen interest in financial markets and products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Fluency in German, French, or Italian.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role (even outside of finance).
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
