Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Client Success Managers in managing a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through initial setup and product adoption phases.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses or escalating to appropriate internal teams.
  • Monitor client health, identify potential risks or opportunities, and proactively engage clients.
  • Help prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to resolve client issues and ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes and assisting with follow-up actions.
  • Support the renewal process by demonstrating value and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly

  • Basic understanding of project management principles
