Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and prepare necessary materials.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Support onboarding processes for new team members with administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or team-building activities.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Manage and process expense reports for team members as required.
- Facilitate internal communications and information flow across teams.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role (2+ years).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
