Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback, understand their needs, and effectively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through our services, ensuring a smooth and positive initial experience.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits, empowering them to maximize their use of our offerings.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, sales, product development) to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer communications.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
