Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming samples for integrity and proper documentation.
- Accurately log sample information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Label samples correctly and prepare them for distribution to the appropriate laboratory sections.
- Perform preliminary quality checks on samples and associated paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sample receiving area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies related to sample receiving.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding sample status and discrepancies.
