Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming samples for integrity and proper documentation.
  • Accurately log sample information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  • Label samples correctly and prepare them for distribution to the appropriate laboratory sections.
  • Perform preliminary quality checks on samples and associated paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sample receiving area.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies related to sample receiving.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding sample status and discrepancies.
