Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and consistent progress updates.
- Track project performance meticulously, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Prepare and distribute accurate project reports, presentations, and essential documentation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively, escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.
- Help manage project scope, cost, and schedule changes through proper change control processes.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute valuable insights to problem-solving sessions.
- Ensure all project activities comply strictly with company standards, policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Support the procurement process, including drafting requests for proposals and tracking vendor performance.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong organisational and exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proven problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
