Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Buenos Aires. This role offers the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from Globant’s innovative solutions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary advocate for our clients, working closely with various internal teams to ensure their success, satisfaction, and long-term partnership with Globant. You will play a crucial role in understanding client objectives, identifying opportunities for growth, and proactively addressing any challenges. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and driving client retention and expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client's strategic goals and objectives, ensuring Globant's solutions align and deliver measurable value.
  • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for additional services or solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating internal teams (delivery, sales, operations) to address client queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor project progress and client health, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and executive sessions to present performance and discuss strategic roadmaps.
  • Drive client retention and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on account planning and strategy.
  • Champion client feedback internally to improve products and services.
  • Contribute to the development of Customer Success best practices and playbooks.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management within the IT services or software industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective client relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding client business drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced consulting or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation concepts.
  • Proven track record of driving client growth and retention.
  • Certification in Customer Success Management or related disciplines.
