Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based services and infrastructure.
- Monitor cloud systems for performance, availability, and security alerts, taking proactive measures where necessary.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to networking, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and cloud platform components.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers or specialized teams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and incident reports meticulously for knowledge base enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedules, as required, after a training period.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with new cloud technologies, features, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Foundational understanding of operating systems (Linux and/or Windows).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
