Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage successful PPC strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize daily/weekly/monthly PPC campaign performance, including bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS) using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on performance data and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the broader digital marketing team, including SEO specialists, content creators, and designers, to ensure integrated campaign strategies.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients to discuss campaign performance, strategy adjustments, and upcoming initiatives.
- Manage allocated advertising budgets effectively to ensure campaigns remain within financial constraints while consistently achieving and exceeding objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a PPC Account Manager or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Bing Ads platforms.
- Proficiency in managing social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and extensive experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Supermetrics).
- Excellent understanding of PPC best practices, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and landing page optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Measurement).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of other digital marketing disciplines (SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, programmatic advertising).
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
