Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all clients upon arrival and departure, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage all aspects of client bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using our spa management software.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about treatments, products, and promotions.
- Process payments accurately and securely, managing the till and daily reconciliation procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and aesthetic appeal of the reception area, ensuring it reflects our luxury brand standards.
- Assist clients with product recommendations and retail purchases, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and sales skills.
- Liaise effectively with therapists and practitioners to ensure a smooth flow of appointments and client transitions.
- Manage client records with discretion and accuracy, upholding confidentiality at all times.
- Address client feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.
- Support general spa operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within hospitality, retail, or a similar service industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional phone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using computerised booking systems and standard office software.
- Excellent cash handling and basic accounting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
