Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat for Elisa's products and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to internet connectivity, mobile services, digital TV, and other digital solutions.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and technical developments within Elisa.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall support processes.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Elisa’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or ongoing studies in IT, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of common operating systems (Windows, macOS), mobile platforms (iOS, Android), and internet technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role (even non-technical).
