Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve specific KPIs, including traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Oversee content creation and strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the digital landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand management, sales, product development) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify areas for optimization and enhanced user experience.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and email marketing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms.
