Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, systematic patrols of assigned parking lots and adjacent areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations and property policies.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized vehicles, or potential security concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Issue warnings or parking violation notices as per company policy, ensuring fair and consistent application of rules.
- Monitor for and report any maintenance issues, such as lighting outages, potholes, or obstructions that could affect safety or accessibility.
- Provide basic assistance and directions to tenants, visitors, and customers when approached, maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter crime and unauthorized use of parking facilities.
- Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and thoroughly in daily logs or incident reports.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions as required.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for self and others.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic computer literacy for report writing and communication.
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or public-facing role.
