Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate new client leads through various digital channels and networking strategies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential and existing clients to identify suitable insurance products.
  • Present, explain, and sell a comprehensive range of Allianz insurance policies (e.g., life, health, property, auto, liability) tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service and regular communication.
  • Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with German insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Utilize CRM software and other digital tools to manage client data and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Provide post-sales support and assist clients with policy reviews and adjustments as their needs evolve.

Required Skills

  • Valid insurance license (e.g., IHK certification for Versicherungsfachmann/-frau) recognized in Germany.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native or near-native proficiency is essential).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
