Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of various dishes as per menu specifications and standards.
  • Learn and practice proper knife skills, food preparation techniques, and portion control.

  • Support the culinary team across different kitchen sections (hot, cold, pastry) as required.
