Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Prepare coffee, baked goods, sandwiches, and other menu items following Tim Hortons' standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, restrooms, and kitchen areas throughout the shift.
- Restock inventory, including cups, lids, napkins, and condiment stations, to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quick and efficient service during peak hours.
