Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries regarding benefits enrollment and general benefit plan information.
- Clearly and accurately explain complex benefits information, including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans, in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Guide customers through the benefits enrollment process, assisting with form completion and system navigation.
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions related to eligibility, coverage, and plan options.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's systems.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on various benefit plans, policy changes, and industry trends.
