Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily in accordance with Victoria Inn's standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, replenish towels, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
- Dust, polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as coffee, toiletries, and informational materials.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests when encountered.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
