Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and operational performance across various departments to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance against strategic goals and benchmarks.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required data, documentation, and explanations of business processes and control points.
- Identify and document business requirements, process flows, and system functionalities related to performance management and audit compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings, performance trends, and audit observations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Recommend and implement solutions or changes to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, risk management, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and compliance, to drive project initiatives and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in business analysis, performance management, and auditing.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with a focus on performance analysis and audit support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, statistical software).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes, financial principles, and risk management concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
