Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned departments and managers, effectively operating from a remote setting.
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings and conferences across different time zones.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other critical documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring efficient retrieval and strict compliance with data security and privacy protocols.
  • Process and track invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Conduct thorough research, compile relevant data, and prepare insightful summaries for various projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, requiring independent judgment, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate occasional travel arrangements and accommodations for team members, even in a remote context, if required.
  • Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive and proprietary information.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven administrative support experience in a professional office or remote setting.
