Key Responsibilities
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash, debit/credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, conducting end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide information on menu items, promotions, and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and front counter area.
- Assist with basic food preparation and serving duties as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
