Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Support Executive with a strong flair for office setup and management to join our dynamic team in Redland, Bristol. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end process of office setup and reconfiguration, including layout planning, furniture procurement, and IT equipment coordination.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office services, including cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and security, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Maintain accurate and organised physical and digital filing systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and drafting correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related queries, troubleshooting minor issues and escalating complex problems to relevant teams.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing workstations, setting up access, and providing initial office orientation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Support the planning and execution of internal company events, meetings, and client hospitality.
- Ensure the office environment adheres to health and safety standards and maintain a clean, tidy, and organised workspace.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in administrative support and office management (minimum 3 years).
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
