Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to the highest standards.
- Replenish guest room supplies (linens, towels, toiletries, etc.) as per hotel standards.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport waste and trash to disposal areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to supervision promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner when encountered.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as required.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning role.
