Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and package food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain food production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor product freshness and quality, rotating stock as needed to minimize waste.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP, provincial health codes).
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all areas are sanitized regularly.
- Assist with receiving and storing ingredients, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and customer demands.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring products are appealing and readily available.
Required Skills
