Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social media) to generate new leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and identifying potential alignment with Viva Wallet's services.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Senior Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Viva Wallet's product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and qualified appointments.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
