Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of client websites, including content updates, link checks, and basic troubleshooting.
- Upload, format, and publish various forms of digital content (text, images, videos) using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify broken links, outdated information, and other potential issues affecting user experience or SEO.
- Monitor website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, preparing basic reports for review by senior team members.
- Support the implementation of SEO best practices, including meta tag optimization, image optimization, and internal linking strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all published material adheres to brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Perform quality assurance checks on new website features, content, and updates before they go live.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for website redesigns or new functionality.
- Maintain organized documentation of website changes, procedures, and client-specific requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the online management team as needed, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational understanding of website functionality and online presence.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
