As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for bringing our brands to life in stores. Your day will involve meticulously arranging product displays, ensuring our merchandise is well-stocked, clean, and positioned according to planograms and promotional guidelines. You’ll be the eyes and ears for Wisynco on the ground, monitoring stock levels, identifying fast-moving items, and reporting on competitor activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain product displays and planograms in assigned retail stores.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained on shelves and in storage areas.
  • Monitor product freshness, rotation, and remove expired or damaged goods.
  • Implement promotional materials and point-of-sale displays effectively.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Ensure products are priced correctly and visible to customers.
  • Adhere to all company merchandising standards and guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports as required.
