Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and output.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on products before, during, and after the packaging process to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.
- Ensure all packaged goods are accurately labeled, sealed, and prepared for dispatch according to company specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment on the production line, adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company sanitation policies.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of packaging materials, as well as the organized storage and inventory management of finished products.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or product quality concerns to the shift supervisor or relevant team lead.
- Adhere meticulously to all company safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions meticulously.
- Good physical stamina, capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels, counting, and recording data.

Preferred Qualifications
