Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, and food preparation surfaces to meet strict hygiene standards.
  • Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring proper chemical usage and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing and storing kitchen inventory, including food ingredients, clean dishes, and equipment, in designated areas.
  • Dispose of waste and refuse properly, adhering to hotel guidelines and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.
  • Support the culinary team by assisting with basic food prep tasks as needed, such as washing and peeling vegetables.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, breakages, or safety hazards to the Kitchen Supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and food handling regulations.
